wifiの接続が悪い。 スタッフが常時いない。

The room was very nice, decorated in venetian style. It was very, very clean. There was a mini bar with some drinks and snacks on reasonable prices

The internet was paid and the price was too high - 5 EUR/hour. I didn't use it for that reason. If it was 5EUR/day maybe I would have paid them. The breakfast didn't include meat and there wasn't much to choose from.

The stylish design of the rooms and hotel, nice calm locality with good connection to the center and other islands, helpful staff - they printed flight tickets for us!

Double bed was two singles and they were coming apart. Sweet breakfast only.

Very nice european style hotel, a good place to stay in order to visit Murano&Venice. Very quiet, good staff, is a excelent option for a Venice travel.

It was ok, maybe bigger beds will add more confort, but this is the space, room are medium, and there are no space for bigger beds.

Great location, great price, good size bathroom, aircon. Best of all, when the day trippers go home you are alone with the locals.

The family atmosphere,friendly and carefull.

The hotel was very quiet, conveniently located on Murano, and the chandeliers were amazing works of art by the proprietor.

The shower was a bit possessed, as it shares the same water heater for the whole building. Water pressure was low, temperature was a moving target.

Most of restaurants at Murano are closed in the evening.

The receptionists were professional, knowledgeable and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast excellent.

Sme kind of water pump kept operating all the time.

We were in the annex room and it was wonderful to come and go as we pleased. It was so private. The decor of the room was magnificent, all old venition style, loved it!

The bathroom was clean and new but the shower head would not stay in the shower position, it just kept flopping down so we had to hand hold the shower.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Beds very comfy and room decorated nicely. The hotel was very clean and well kept and the traditional Murano glass mirrors and chandeliers were a nice touch. Would recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Venice but wanting to avoid high hotel prices on Venice island.

Not a great choice of breakfast but adequate!! Would be nice to have more pillows (only 1 each!) without having to ask although when requested they appeared quickly.

I really liked Murano. It would be very helpful if the hotel posted the actual Vaporetto time-table. This should include when service stops and at what time from the stops on Venice proper. A mention of how to get back to Fondamente Nove in the later evening from Venice Fermatas that still have service would also prove helpful. We ended up riding on the 1, 2, 41, 42, dm, 18, 52 (which goes to Murano late at night but which is not printed anywhere that it does), n, and maybe more but we figured it out on our own, which was time consuming and at times worrisome (would we be stranded?).

WiFi should be free throughout the property. At Fiumicino it costs half a Euro per 24 hours - lc 5 Euros for 30 minutes??? We are now in Rome where it is free. Help with baggage from and to lobby would really be a good service to add.

Relatively cheep for the season.Staff were notinterested giving a good service.Extremely poor and unhealthy breakfast.Very cold in the passages and around the hotel.Rooms too small.Even there were no chairs and a table(desk) to sit.Lots of time needed getting hot water running out of the tap.Bathroom too small(hardly a tall man could turn around in it).Very old generation computer for gest internet usage.Internet speed redicoulesly slow.

2 adults/1 teen. Access was relatively inconvenient if your priorities are Venice, beach, late dinners or nightlife. The island of Murano is completely shut down by 6 or 7 pm. You must get dinner elsewhere. Lido is also very nearby and its restaurants/beaches would have made a better choice for us. My vacation focused on Venice and we did not explore Murano much. Beachtime would have been a good option too. very important: Take any vaporetto to the Ft. Nove boat dock and you will find that other vaporettos access Murano 24 hrs/day. Water taxi tried to get us to pay 80 Euro for ride from Venice to Murano (with backpacks, but ended up paying another 30 Euro). Didn't know about vaporetto details though...

Location, access to nightlife, dinner, or evening entertainment. Would have preferred access to these things and the beach on Lido for about the same price. Hotel was great otherwise. Affordable, clean...

Hotel very convenient for a city break to Venice but without staying in the city itself. Good links by water bus into San Marco, Realto, and airport

Breakfast very basic, room decor a little tired.
